He was helpful and answered all my questions with a pleasant attitude. I was pleased to have the entire process move so quickly. On and off for about three years I have searched for a high speed internet company for two of my store locations. Running a business at an ISDN speed is HORRIBLE! This past year I ran across satellite internet and did some research. There were two companies I checked with and have to say HughesNet was the right choice! HughesNet was able to offer me high speed internet in both store locations (the other company only in one store location), able to install within a week, and quick responses from Michael Noneman on any questions I had during the process. My biggest worry was downtime. But in the last 3 months of having satellite internet we have had ONE downtown problem that lasted about half an hour (during a bad storm). Here is the ironic thing my other six stores which are on DSL/Cable have had FOUR downtime problems that I am aware of! So all in all VERY happy with Hughesnet. Thank you!

I thought I would take a moment to comment on my recent experience with Nationwide Satellite. I ordered my HughesNet satellite internet service on 1/30/2006 and had it installed and running by 3pm on 2/2/2006 in less than 3 days. The service immediately started working without any problems and the installation was performed in an extremely professional manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the way this was handled by Nationwide Satellite and I rank this experience at the top of all experiences I have ever had with an online purchase. Nationwide Satellite is a dedicated company who fits the customer’s needs. After dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Rita my house was in good shape but trees were everywhere. I called my sales representative told him that I had trees everywhere and was not sure if my install would go through or not. Luckily the trees only took a week to get my yard in tip-top shape, luckily my order was in good hands I knew for sure I would be installed and installed the next day.

My sales representative always kept me informed of all new information and updates. In fact my sales representative provided quality service on products that would fit my needs for my home computer. My HughesNet internet service was installed this morning and I am just thrilled to death being able to surf around the internet without having my connection drop off every few minutes. I was to the point where I didn't even want to try surfing the internet any longer at the speeds my dial-up connection provided. I cannot believe how much I was missing on the net without high-speed and I am just amazed at how fast it is compared to what I had. Anyhow, I just thought I'd send you guys a email (now that I can) to let you know that I am one happy camper!

I must tell you how impressed I am so far with your company. The day I signed up with you, you indicated it could be 3 to 5 days before your installation people would contact me. Well, the same day of our conversation I rec'd a call from your installation crew. And they set up an install date. Not only that, but I got follow-up emails from you, and the installation crew. Very professional in my estimation! Being in sales myself before retirement, I know that the average consumer basically wants to know where they stand. Even if you cannot perform immediately, just the knowledge that that consumer is in the thoughts of the retailer is HUGE.
